La iniciativa busca apoyar proyectos de Investigaci\u00f3n + Creaci\u00f3n (I+C) que tengan como prop\u00f3sito central desarrollar una obra o creaci\u00f3n original, contribuyendo al desarrollo cultural, social y cient\u00edfico del pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El fondo promueve procesos de investigaci\u00f3n, experimentaci\u00f3n y creaci\u00f3n que se materialicen en obras literarias, visuales, audiovisuales, musicales, esc\u00e9nicas, digitales, interactivas o de otros formatos.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>P\u00daBLICO OBJETIVO<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acad\u00e9micas y acad\u00e9micos jerarquizados de la Universidad de Santiago de Chile, con contrato vigente de planta o contrata igual o superior a media jornada.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los equipos deber\u00e1n estar conformados, como m\u00ednimo, por una persona Investigadora Responsable y una Coinvestigadora. Excepcionalmente, podr\u00e1n participar docentes por hora de clases como coinvestigadores, conforme a las bases.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se deber\u00e1 procurar una representaci\u00f3n equitativa de g\u00e9nero en el equipo o presentar una justificaci\u00f3n fundamentada en caso de no cumplir con el requisito.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ser\u00e1n inadmisibles las propuestas que no contemplen una obra o creaci\u00f3n como resultado principal.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>FINANCIAMIENTO<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Monto anual m\u00e1ximo:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> $5.500.000.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Monto total m\u00e1ximo:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> $16.500.000.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Duraci\u00f3n:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> hasta tres a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los fondos ser\u00e1n entregados anualmente y su continuidad estar\u00e1 sujeta a la aprobaci\u00f3n de informes de avance, la
