Este taller, impartido por el destacado profesional en Direcci\u00f3n de Proyectos Fernando Romero (PMP, Ing., MBA), les brind\u00f3 herramientas clave para optimizar la gesti\u00f3n de los proyectos tanto de financiamiento interno como externo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fernando Romero P., encargado de dictar la capacitaci\u00f3n, destac\u00f3 que: <\/span><b>&#8220;el taller de direcci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de proyectos realizado con el equipo de gestoras de proyectos de Dicyt tiene como objetivo y gran beneficio desarrollar e implementar una metodolog\u00eda de mejores pr\u00e1cticas para elaborar el plan de ejecuci\u00f3n de los proyectos de Dicyt&#8221;.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante el curso, se abordaron procesos esenciales, principios fundamentales y pr\u00e1cticas efectivas en planificaci\u00f3n y control de proyectos. Seg\u00fan Romero, <\/span><b>&#8220;utilizando estas mejores pr\u00e1cticas para trabajar en equipo, liderar la ejecuci\u00f3n con eficacia y controlar los proyectos, identificando riesgos y resolviendo situaciones y colaborando con los distintos temas y metas que se desean alcanzar&#8221;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, destac\u00f3.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este aprendizaje se reflejar\u00e1 en el \u00e9xito de proyectos cient\u00edficos y tecnol\u00f3gicos de la comunidad investigadora del Plantel.
