Recientes observaciones del telescopio espacial James Webb han revelado la existencia de galaxias sorprendentemente grandes, masivas y met\u00e1licas en un universo muy joven, desafiando los modelos actuales de formaci\u00f3n gal\u00e1ctica y cosmolog\u00eda LambdaCDM. Comprender estos hallazgos requiere estudiar an\u00e1logos cercanos en el universo local. Los c\u00famulos y grupos de galaxias son sistemas donde una galaxia central masiva, con un agujero negro supermasivo, interact\u00faa con un vasto halo de gas caliente detectable en rayos X. Adem\u00e1s, se sabe poco sobre c\u00f3mo se forma y evoluciona el gas multif\u00e1sico en grupos de galaxias menos masivos, donde las interacciones y fusiones son m\u00e1s frecuentes. Utilizando observaciones de rayos X, Chandra, XMM-Newton y pr\u00f3ximamente XRISM, se analizar\u00e1 el gas caliente, mientras que con datos \u00f3pticos del instrumento MUSE en el Very Large Telescope se estudiar\u00e1 la cinem\u00e1tica y composici\u00f3n estelar de las galaxias centrales.
